Form Grinding with Diamond or BorazonForm Wheels

Form Grinding with Diamond or Borazon: Whether you need to dress a form in a conventional grinding wheel, grind hardened steels, or put a form in difficult-to-grind materials like resins, carbide, and ceramics, a Diamond Tool Manufacturing form grinding wheel is the right tool for the job. No matter how hard the material, a diamond or Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) form grinding wheel will outlast a conventional wheel, with higher stock removal rates.

Electroplated Form Grinding

Electroplated Form Grinding: An electroplated diamond or CBN form grinding wheel produced by Diamond Tool Manufacturing will hold the form you require throughout the life of the tool, eliminating the costly and time-consuming need for dressing. Whether your job requires an aggressive stock removal rate or a fine finish, Diamond Tool can produce the wheel, or series of wheels, that fit your application. When your wheel eventually wears out, Diamond Tool can strip and replate the wheel at a fraction of the cost of a new wheel.
