Cup-Style Broach Grinding Wheels: Diamond Tool Manufacturing produces a full line of CBN cup wheels for small-diameter round broach sharpening. A diamond Tool cup wheel will have long life and hold the radius throughout the life of the tool, without the need for redressing.

Wheels for Slabs: Diamond Tool also produces larger CBN radius wheels for broach grinding slabs, with the same long life and form holding characteristics as our cup wheels. Both round and slab broach grinding wheels can be stripped and replated at a substantial cost savings over a new wheel.

Hob Sharpening: Diamond Tool Manufacturing can produce a complete hob sharpening wheel to your print specifications. A Diamond Tool Borazon (CBN) plated wheel will sharpen each tooth cooler and easier than a conventional wheel, eliminating burning and weakening of the teeth.
